System Administrator
Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 11 Months
Position Description:
4 years eDirectory/Identity Manager Administration experience OR equivalent;
4 years experience with installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting eDirectory in large complex environments (several trees replicated with IDM and custom schema);
Work with customers to integrate their applications with LDAP following departmental guidelines;
Performs basic to complex administrative tasks related to password sync with IDM, Suse Linux administration, Unix LDAP integration, LDAP integrated applications, write LDIF files, etc.;
Performs complex troubleshooting, configuration, and performance analysis tasks using tools such as dstrace or ldapsearch;
Assigned responsibilities for deep technical support, asset and license management, and end-user support for a variety of LDAP integrated applications;
Provides 24hr on-call operational and technical support on a rotating schedule;
Processes service requests for standard and complex Unix services;
Participates in projects of all sizes, leading medium-sized initiatives, representing the identity and directory management group on project teams.
